Hi, I’m Kristal - Esthetician & Skincare Specialist. I’ve been in the industry for 9 years. I
specialize in Dermalogica skincare treatments that promote healthy, radiant skin from
rejuvenating facials and target acne treatments to expert brow shaping. I take a
personalized approach to every service.

 
My goal is to create a welcoming, results-driven experience where each client feels
confident and cared for. Whether you’re looking to refresh your glow or address specific
skin concerns, I’m here to guide you on your skincare journey.

Hi! I'm Alli! I've been an esthetician for over 15 years. My favorite part of my day is
making people feel special, from a fresh manicure, to a dewy facial and massage, to
just talking about life events! I've been with my Fresh family since 2016. When I say
family, I mean it, these woman are all geniuses at what they do, and are the kindest,
truest people you'll ever meet. When I'm not at the salon, I'm at home first time moming
it! (What a crazy amazing experience.) I'm also currently working on becoming a colour
consultant. I can't wait to see regulars and newcomers alike in our new space!

Hey I’m Scarlett! I’m a laser technician and esthetician at Fresh and my goal is to make
every client feel and look their best. When I’m at work you’ll find me doing laser hair
removal, ILP skin rejuvenation, microneedling, waxing, lash treatments and nails. When
I’m not at the salon you can find me hiking, spending time with my dogs, or helping at
my partner’s farm. I have a passion for cars and trucks and during the summer I
compete in truck pulling. I’m currently enrolled at Mohawk college taking an educational
assistant course, and will be getting my Bachelor of Education following so one day I
can teach.

Julie has been a Massage Therapist since 2009 and graduated from Everest College of
Business Technology and Health Care, in Hamilton and joined the Fresh team in Sept
2011. Julie uses a variety of pressures and techniques, depending on the needs of the
individual and their intention for their treatment. She works mostly with the skeletal and
fascial systems and incorporates Swedish massage for neurological and metabolic
benefits. Julie works at the body’s pace and takes time to allow the body to correct

itself. She encourages clients to be engaged in their own treatments and finds each
client’s internal knowledge to be a great asset in the process. Julie’s other passions
include baseball, bowling, singing, dancing, gardening and spending quality time with
her family. Volunteering at the Jerseyville United Church and the Ancaster Agricultural
Society.

Hey I’m Chantel, I’ve been working in the hair industry for 4 years. In 2023 I graduated
from Marca Hair College and have been working at Fresh ever since. My favourite part
about hairdressing is making people feel happy and confident. I love doing haircuts,
colour and blow outs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
On my days off you can find me baking the latest Pinterest recipes and watching the
newest episode of Love Island.

Hey guys, I'm Michelle.
This is my 10th year with the Fresh team. Styling hair started out for me as a hobby.
Friends and family would always ask me to do their hair. Several years ago, I decided to
turn that hobby into my career. Making my clients look and feel beautiful is my passion!
I enjoy staying ahead of new hair trends and sharing my skills and knowledge with my
clients. I am trained in many colour systems,but my favorite hair colour line to work with
is Schwarzkopf. It allows me to create beautiful balayage, highlights and
multidimensional colour services for my clients. I have several years of training and
experience, working with curly, textured hair and straight hair types. When I'm not
behind the chair, you might find me hiking with my dog, on a wine tour with friends, or by
the lake with my family.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you meet your hair goals!

I am a hairstyling student at Fanshawe College, just wrapping up my studies, and an
apprentice stylist here at Fresh. I love helping people look and feel their best through
creating great hair!
When I'm not behind the chair you'll find me traveling with my husband, snuggling my
cats, or taste testing things pickled.

Hi, I’m Ashlie! I’m a 20+ year stylist who thrives on creativity and transformation. I
specializes in balayage, blondes, vivid colors—whatever fits you and stays on top of the
latest trends to bring fresh, modern styles to her clients. Expect a mix of artistry,
technique, and a lot of fun in my chair!

Hey, I’m Chris, colour technician at Fresh. I have over 20 years experience as a colour
specialist focused on all blonding services. I am knowledgeable and trained in cutting
techniques and creative cutting.

Hi, I’m Marisol! I’ve been in the hair industry for three years and graduated from Shallow
Creek Academy of Hair Design in 2025. I love how a fresh cut, bold colour, or new style
can transform someone’s confidence and energy, there’s nothing better than helping
someone feel their absolute best!

 
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me exploring new coffee shops with family and
friends or chasing the next fun adventure.

Hey, I'm Camilla! I've been in the Beauty industry for 8 years, and my passion for it has
grown every year! My goal is for everyone who comes into the salon to leave the salon
looking and feeling their best, with a routine to keep them feeling salon Fresh! When not
at the front desk, you can find me hunting through thrift stores or sewing up a storm of
costumes for one event or another.

Hi, I’m Chey – a new receptionist at Fresh! My love for people has landed me back in
the beauty industry, after a year of doing lash extensions in 2023. You will soon
recognize me as a smile to wrap up your time with us. When I’m not behind the desk,
you can find me learning how to play a new song on the guitar or catching a flick at the
cinema.

Becca has been helping clients look and feel their best for over 15 years as co-operator of Refresh Hair Salon & Spa. Known for her welcoming smile and personal touch, she’s built lasting relationships with clients who feel more like friends. Now, Becca is excited to bring her experience, creativity, and passion for beauty to a brand-new location — and can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and new ones through the door.
When not at the salon you'll catch Becca dining at the latest trendy restaurants and sipping on cocktails with her friends. She spends the restof her free time with her mini me, whether that's having a dance party at home, going to the park or jet setting around the world together.
